我單位專業(yè)生產(chǎn)工業(yè)陶瓷，工程陶瓷，機(jī)械陶瓷，電子陶瓷，化工陶瓷，紡織陶瓷，電器陶瓷，蜂窩陶瓷，儀表陶瓷，精密陶瓷等各領(lǐng)域所應(yīng)用的氧化鋯質(zhì)陶瓷，氧化鋁質(zhì)陶瓷（99、95瓷），氧化鎂質(zhì)陶瓷（滑石瓷，高頻瓷），碳化硅及氮化硅陶瓷，堇青石窯爐蓄熱體等，主要產(chǎn)品有噴砂咀，錨固件,點(diǎn)火頭，瓷管、瓷棒，陶瓷托輥，陶瓷過(guò)濾管，磨球磨襯，氬弧焊噴嘴，溫控器陶瓷殼體，燈具燈頭等各種具有耐高壓、高溫、絕緣強(qiáng)度高，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度好等優(yōu)良的性能。其產(chǎn)品不僅暢銷于國(guó)內(nèi)，還遠(yuǎn)銷歐美、東南亞。

具體陶瓷產(chǎn)品如下：

1、 陶瓷錨固件：主要應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代窯爐的內(nèi)壁懸掛耐火陶瓷纖維棉氈及噴涂物的懸掛。替代傳統(tǒng)的耐熱鋼使用溫度低，壽命短的問題。

2、 真空爐用高溫剛玉瓷件：真空爐用瓷件主要應(yīng)用剛玉99瓷件和95瓷件，即耐高溫又具有較高的機(jī)械性能和良好的絕緣性能。

3、 噴砂嘴：是噴砂機(jī)應(yīng)用歷史比較長(zhǎng)的一種95耐磨瓷件，被廣泛應(yīng)用于鑄造清砂，噴涂面除銹，金屬表面清理等。

4、 陶瓷托輥：采用耐磨結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷制作陶瓷輥，是傳統(tǒng)皮帶輸送機(jī)上所用鐵輥替代品，其延長(zhǎng)使用壽命及降低造價(jià)優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，已廣泛應(yīng)用。

5、 陶瓷過(guò)濾材料：我們研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的剛玉質(zhì)陶瓷過(guò)濾管，過(guò)濾板，可根據(jù)用戶使用要求過(guò)濾精度、孔徑等技術(shù)參數(shù)來(lái)制作生產(chǎn)。其廣泛應(yīng)用于分析儀器等氣體、液體和固體過(guò)濾。

6、 蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體：主要應(yīng)用于節(jié)能窯爐蓄熱換熱系統(tǒng)，提高燃?xì)鉁囟?，從而達(dá)到節(jié)能環(huán)保功效。

7、 陶瓷錨固件：主要應(yīng)用于節(jié)能輕體窯爐的窯墻窯頂陶瓷棉氈爐襯的固定，可制成陶瓷螺紋連接件等各種形式。

8、 氧化鋯軸承：陶瓷軸承具抗磁電絕緣,耐磨耐腐蝕,無(wú)由自潤(rùn)滑,耐高溫耐高寒等特點(diǎn),可用于極度惡劣環(huán)境及特殊工況.套圈及滾動(dòng)體均采用氧化鋯（ZrO2）陶瓷材料。

9、管道耐磨襯板：它是以 α — AL2O3 為主要原料，輔以稀有金屬氧化物等熔劑，經(jīng)1700°C高溫煅燒而成的特種剛玉瓷含AL2O3 95％以上。其超強(qiáng)的硬度，超級(jí)的耐磨、耐高溫及耐腐蝕等優(yōu)良的性能，令鑄石鑄鋼等其他耐磨材料無(wú)法比擬，是一種工業(yè)用優(yōu)質(zhì)特種耐磨材料。經(jīng)權(quán)威部門的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比，耐磨陶瓷的耐磨度是錳鋼的30多倍，是高鉻鑄鐵的6倍多。

10、磨球磨襯：采用等靜壓制作的研磨體具有高耐磨性，其耐磨性比普通瓷球更優(yōu)良。當(dāng)研磨瓷球運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候，它不會(huì)產(chǎn)生污染，因此它可以保持高的純度和提高研磨效果的穩(wěn)定性，其特點(diǎn)是高密度，高的硬度和高的研磨特質(zhì)，從而節(jié)省了研磨時(shí)間，擴(kuò)大了研磨的空間，可以有效的提高研磨的效果和節(jié)能功效。

Specific ceramic products are as follows:

1 、 ceramic anchor: mainly used in the inner wall of modern kiln, suspension of refractory ceramic fiber, cotton felt and spraying. Instead of the traditional heat-resistant steel, the problem of low temperature and short service life is used.
